WFSC BOARD OF DIRECTORS - OPEN MEETING INVITATION

Dear Members,
The Whitby Figure Skating Club Board of Directors invites all members to attend our upcoming Open Board Meeting.
This meeting will provide an opportunity to:
- Learn more about our STARSkate plans for the current season
- Receive updates on club activities and upcoming events
- Ask any CanSkate related questions
- Discover how you can get involved by volunteering at our January Provincial Series Competition

Location: McKinney Centre, 222 McKinney Drive
Where: Dryland Room Upper Level

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR CANSKATE REPORT CARDS

All CanSkate reports are available online exclusively through your family account at https://www.whitbyfsc.com/. In season progress is indicated as levels of achievement are awarded.
To access your child’s report:
- Log in at www.whitbyfsc.com
- Click “My Account"
- Select “Participants”
- Click on your Child’s Name
- Select “Evaluations”
- Choose the appropriate report from the dropdown menu.
Summary evaluations are located at the bottom of the list. Do not look under Participant Profile - this section is for personal information only. Reports typically become accessible TWO weeks after the final skating day.
If an evaluation is not visible, make sure there are no multiple accounts for your child under different emails; only the account used for current registration will contain the report for the current season
