2011/2012 Season - STARSkate/Competitive
Due to recent tampering and theft from McKinney mailboxes, please do not include any cash if using mailboxes to make registration payments. If you do wish to use cash, please contact us at 905-655-2203 ext 5010 or whitbyfsc@hotmail.com to make arrangements with a Board Member for pick up.

2011/2012 Fall/Winter Registration is via Quick Enrollment.

REMINDER: All skaters registering for any session(s) for the Fall/Winter 2011-2012 season MUST pay the annual $33 Skate Canada fee in addition to session costs, which covers the time period of September 1, 2011-August 31, 2012. This is included in the $205 registration fee for STARSkate/Competitive skaters. This fee includes Skate Canada insurance, which is required before any skater steps onto the ice. Skaters will NOT be registered for any programs until this fee has been received by the WFSC. Sessions fill up quickly, so if you have not yet submitted this fee, please do so via quickenrollment or by leaving payment at McKinney Centre in the Test/Registration mailbox, attn: Christine Abbasakoor, with the skater's name(s) clearly marked on the memo line. Our mailboxes are checked regularly.

Out of Club registrants will not be accepted until they have either dropped their latest test papers into the Test/Registration Mailbox to Christine Abbasakoor's attention.

Please view the 2011/2012 NEW PAYMENT SCHEDULE in the document below.
IF MAKING PAYMENT BY CHEQUE or CASH for STARSkater/Competitive Skaters, payment must be received within 5 business days of date of registration and if paying by installments, please refer to the WFSC STAR/Comp Payment Schedule link below. Remember; do not put cash in the Test/Registration box as per the instructions above.

Payments:
As the Whitby Figure Skating Club is run by volunteers, there will always be a delay in processing your payment if you have paid by cheque or cash.

Automated Payment Reminders:
Payment reminders are automated and sent out from the Quickenrollment system. As there will be a delay in processing of the payment, please disregard the first payment reminder if you have dropped off your payment. If you have not dropped off your payment, please drop it off in the Test/Registration mailbox outside Arena 3. Payments/mail are picked up regularly during the week.

Installment Plans:
If you are using an installment plan to make payments, using cheques:
Please drop off the current dated cheque and all postdated cheques. Payments with postdated cheques will be entered into the Quickenrollment system and there will be no automated
payment reminders emailed to you on a weekly basis.
If you are using an installment plan to make payments, using a credit card through Quickenrollment:
Please notify the Treasurer by emailing the WFSC`s email account. Please make payments on the 1st of the month. Automated Payment reminders will be emailed to you on a weekly basis from the Quickenrollment system, as the records will indicate an outstanding balance.

If you have not created a family profile on Quickenrollment in order to register for WFSC winter programs, please visit www.QuickEnrollment.com and follow the instructions.

If you have previously created a profile, please visit the above site and verify that all information is correct and complete prior to your designated registration date and time.

REMINDER: Acceptance into WFSC skating sessions is based on correct qualifications and space availability. All STAR & Competitive (Level 1-High Competitive)skaters' qualifications will be verified before final acceptance into a session will be given. Remitting payment by credit card at the time of online registration does not guarantee your spot. If qualifications are not correct, skater's registration will not be accepted. If session is full, skater will be placed in their second or third choice if given in their registration process.

The Whitby Figure Skating Club is a member of Skate Canada-Eastern Ontario Section. We are a community based skating club that teaches children and adults the basic and advanced art of skating as well as the skills for powerskating and figure skating. The club encourages everyone to skate for pleasure or for sport - to the best of their abilities. The skating programs we offer are sanctioned by Skate Canada, Canada's national skating association.
