2009/2010 Music & Test Day Schedules
Music and Test Day schedules are posted here as well as posted at the arena. Music Players, please take note of your schedule days for Music playing for your skaters' sessions. Please contact the Music coordinator for any request to change days.

A reminder to all music players of the importance of following the format for each skating session, as outlined on the front page of each duo tang. In particular, the importance of following the order of the list of skaters in the book, and the "on deck" format when announcing each skater's music. (Announce the skater whose music you are about to play and also announce the next skater as "on deck" and any coaches' request if applicable.) This increases the speed of cycling through the music, as skaters are prepared to start, with minimal delay. This in turn will ensure fairness to all skaters in having their music played during the session. Also, once a player is called on deck, their music must be played unless waved off by the skater or their coach.

In addition, at the end of each session it is important to note the last skater to have their music played. Then, indicate at the bottom of the next sessions column, the next skater on the list, who will be the first skater to have their music played during the freeskate portion of that session. This helps to ensure equal opportunity for all skaters, to practice their solos with their music.

Test Schedules are posted in this section prior to test day. Please take note of the times of your skaters' tests and have them at the arena at least 45 minutes prior to their scheduled test.
