All STARSkate and Competitive skater payments for the Fall/Winter 2012 sessions were due by February 1, 2012. If you have not yet completed payment, please do so as soon as possible.

Please note that testing is not permitted nor will competition papers be signed until all outstanding payments are received.

EOSIC
The deadline to order a yoga jacket before EOSIC is February 3rd. Order forms are available in the WFSC office.

EOSIC Photos will be taken on Wednesday, Feb. 1 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and Sunday Feb 5 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. and 12:30 to 2 p.m.
EOSIC Send-off will be held on Feb. 12 at 10:45 a.m.

GUEST SKATING: Effective the 2011-2012 season, cost is $15 for members, $25 for non-members. Maximum 5 guest skates permitted. Envelopes and sign in book are in Music Room. You must request from membership chair 24 hours in advance.

Please note: Payment reminders are generated by Quickenrollment each week for all outstanding sessions as a reminder for those choosing the payment plan. Payment processing can take a few days to reflect on the system.

BINGO COMMITTEE
We are still looking for Bingo Volunteers to work our monthly Bingo. We have one Friday night a month at Red Barn in Oshawa. If you have some time to spare or require more information, please stop by the WFSC office.

We are required to register and insure all skaters through Skate Canada. This process can take up to 48 hours to complete, once a skater has been registered in a WFSC program.

Therefore the WFSC must receive a skaters registration 48 hours before the skater may join a session on the ice.

ALL skaters MUST pay the annual $33 Skate Canada membership fee (included in the $205 registration fee for STARSkate/Competitive skaters), effective for the September 1, 2011-August 31, 2012 season. Please see registration pages for more details.

Due to recent tampering and theft from the McKinney mailboxes, please do not put cash in the mailboxes for test or registration fees. If you would like to use cash, please contact the WFSC to make arrangements for pick up by a board member.

Out of Club registrants will not be accepted until they have submitted their latest test papers into the Test/Registration Mailbox to Christine Abbasakoor''s attention.
